6. Clean the area around the machine and maintain ventilation.

2、 Precautions during operation

1. Operators must wear personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety shoes, etc.

2. Operators should be familiar with operating techniques and precautions, and ensure focused attention.

3. It is prohibited to touch the operating parts of the machine at will, and it is not allowed to insert the head, hands, feet, and other body parts into the interior of the machine.

4. It is forbidden to pinch and wrap items with a size less than 50mm, and tools should be used as much as possible to clamp them.

When abnormal sounds or machine malfunctions, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.

If the operator needs to leave the work area, they should turn off the machine power and wait for the machine to completely stop before leaving.

3、 Shutdown operation

1. Stop the line speed and conveyor belt before pressing the stop button.

2. Turn off the controller and cut off the power.

3. Clean and maintain the interior of the machine, especially cleaning the blades and film frame.

4. Close the protective cover and cover the machine dust cover.
